We've been spending these colder winter days indoors dipping our beeswax taper candles. They are 100% beeswax and made with wax from our hives. Our beehives are not treated with any chemicals; many of the chemicals used in beekeeping can accumulate in the wax.

This is so awesome! I love your candles! It looks like you guys are doing SO much around your place. I really could learn a lot from you. It's nice to have met a couple our age doing the stuff that we'd like to learn. Most of our friends aren't even close to caring about having a garden, or any of that other stuff for that matter. We really are passionate about becoming self sufficient, but don't really know where to start. We're really just learning as we go... Anyways, check out my site when you get a chance and tell me what you think! Maybe you could give me some pointers :)
